What's New in OneView Hospital Quality 5.0.20.41

New Features and Enhancements: (for all platforms unless specified)


Reports:

  • CQM Summary Drill-Down: Updated the Name field to display as Last Name, First Name so that it can be sorted by Last Name.
  • PI Objective Measure Summary Report:
    • Updated the measure specification links so that each measure has its own specification file.
    • Added to the header of the report the selected method for calculating ED admissions for the denominators: “Observation Services method” or “All ED Visits method”.
  • CQM Clinical Data Population Report: Added in a parameter for Account # to allow you to filter by Account #.



Manage Dictionary:

  • PI Measures: Updated Dictionary Name and Tool tips to display MCAID ONLY for the Problem Reconciliation Query dictionary.

Promoting Interoperability (PI) Objective Measures:

  • e-Prescribing: Updated Scope Descriptor field to display DrugName rather than Account Number and PrescriptionID per customer requests to assist with validation


Utilities:

  • HIE Settings Report: Added ability for Acmeware to set Red and Yellow alert days based on how often the site imports HIE Message data.
  • HIE Process History is now copied to Test or Live environment based on HIE Integration Settings.


Fixes: (for all platforms unless specified)


Reports:

  • Value Set Measure Summary Report:
    • Updated code to pull more mapping data including drug NDC mappings so drill downs will now display data correctly.
    • Fixed an issue where documentation was found but the mapping was showing as not found. OneView can only find data if mapping is complete.
  • CQM Summary Report: Fixed a parameter issue that was causing the summary numbers to appear not changed with reporting period.
  • (6.1+) CQM Summary Report Drill-down: Fixed an issue where patient name was not populating within the drill down of the CQM Summary Report.
  • PI Objective Measure Summary Report: Corrected an issue so that the Public Health and Clinical Data Registry measures show selected on report when selected in dictionary
  • PI Objective Measure Patient Summary Report: Y/N report will display Summary of Care Record Accessed rather than Summary of Care Record Incorporated for Denominator criteria to better align with measure specifications
  • PI Objective Measure Summary Drill-Down: Updated report so Account Number will display in report for PEA_1 rather than N/A for MriUnitNumber.
  • Value Set Search by OID: Fixed an issue where value sets were being filtered out of the report. Report now shows all value sets per the 2020 measure specifications.
  • Query Mapping Search Report: Updated the code to include all types of queries when running the report.
  • Clinical Data Population Report: Updated the report to display Unit # instead of PatientID.


Manage Dictionary:

  • (MAGIC) Fixed an issue where PI dictionaries were not saving assigned codes/queries.
  • Updated CQM dictionaries to hide those that were associated to measures that were removed in 2020.



Promoting Interoperability (PI) Objective Measures:

  • EP_1: Fixed an issue where e-Prescribing measure had zeros in the num/den on the PI Objective Measure Summary Report.
  • HIE_1: Updated the code to exclude expired patients from the population.
  • HIE_4:
    • Updated code to check review/reconciliation of medications, medication allergies, and problems was done anytime during the reporting period.
    • Renamed the flag in the denominator from Summary of Care Record Incorporated to Summary of Care Record Accessed


Clinical Quality Measures (CQMs):

  • Updated CQM code to pull in observation data which will impact all measure populations.
  • ED-2:
    • Corrected the value set OID to use 2.16.840.1.113883.3.666.5.307 for Psych encounters.
    • Fixed a bug in ED median to allow calculation to group by report ID. Measure observation (admit order to depart) now shows on the report.
    • Updated the code so that the IPP summary numbers for all three stratum will be the same.
  • VTE-1: Adjusted rollup logic to fix a bug in VTE-1 numerator which may result in an increased numerator for patients with Xa inhibitor.
  • STK-3: Corrected the value set for Anticoagulant Therapy.


Web Application:

  • Fixed an issue where test and live OneView instances could not be running at the same time. You will now be able to run both test and live environments simulataneously.
