New Features and Enhancements: (for all platforms unless specified)
Submission Wizard:
- The Submission Wizard has been updated to allow for separate reporting periods for each category. We have also redesigned the wizard to allow for separate locking of each category.
- Enhancements have been made to allow users to select electronic reporting of IA and/or PI by allowing for the inclusion of these categories in the QRDA 3
- Updated the IA Reporting Period in the Submission Wizard to check for a minimum 90 days. If the from and through dates are less than 90 days, you will get an error message and not be able to advance to the next screen.
- Updated submission wizard to prevent compiles from running when Save and Exit is clicked while creating a new submission. This will prevent another compile prior to locking the submission.
Manage Dictionaries:
- (Stage 3 Only) New dictionary called Problem Reconciliation Query allows users to map queries that denote that the current problem list is reconciled for the Clinical Information Reconciliation Measure. For this measure, the numerator includes the number of transitions of care or referrals in the denominator where the following three clinical information reconciliations were performed during the visit: medication list, medication allergy list, and current problem list. All three must be reconciled during the visit to be counted in the numerator.
- Added a link in the Manage Providers/Groups to the OneView PQ Help Guide: Manage Providers/Groups on the Customer Support Portal.
- CPOE: Added (Medicaid Only) to CPOE Dictionary in Manage Dictionaries
Performance Improvement:
- Performance improvements to how the data gets compiled.
Fixes: (for all platforms unless specified)
Please Note: Customer Support Tickets referenced below may be Acmeware client specific and are not visible to all clients on the Customer Support Portal.
MIPS Dashboard:
- App: Total MIPS Score and Detail drill down will now reflect the Cost score.
Reports:
- Reports: Corrected an issue with the PI measure specification PDF links not working for Public Health Clinical Data Registry Reporting
CQM:
- ALL Platforms, CMS138 b,c: Corrected issue identified where tobacco assessment was being triggered as positive for tobacco use without appropriate result attribute documented. Impact: There may be false positives in CMS 138b and 138c if there were assessments done without an appropriate result attribute attached. Numbers may decrease in these measures.
- ALL Platforms, CMS074, CMS137, CMS155: Corrected the overall measure calculations in the CQM Summary Reports so only the unstratified performances are included. Impact: Change in overall measure performance.
- ALL Platforms, CMS138: Corrected the CQM Summary reports which were displaying a wrong overall measure performance rate for CMS138. The Second performance rate is the overall measure rate. Impact: Change in overall measure performance.
Promoting Interoperability:
- ALL: Corrected an issue when the reporting period is not a full year and activity outside the reporting period is included, resulting in higher numerator activity. Impact: Performance rate numbers could potentially be lowered for sites not reporting full year or Q4.
- Medicaid Only: Since some measures can be met if an action occurs during the calendar year, this change will insure we grab data for the entire year, regardless of the compile date range configured in OneView. Impact: Medicaid numbers could potentially go up.
- eRx:
- Corrected an issue that was preventing controlled substances in the dictionary from being included in the eRx numbers. Impact: eRx will include controlled substances added to the dictionary.
- Per CMS, we have included cancelled prescriptions for inclusion in the measure. Impact: Possible increase in the denominator and numerator.
- Corrected issue with E-Prescribing Dictionary Drill down. Customer Support Portal: #5521
- MAT615 Only: Exclude Location dictionary not excluding locations because location is not captured in the initial population
- CS Only, PEA_1,PEA_2, and PSE, Acute Only: Corrected an issue with logic missing for determining numerator activity. The numerator logic has been added to the measure calculation for events captured in MisPatientAuditPhmEventsData. Impact: The numerator could increase if there is data in MisPatientAuditPhmEventsData.
