Please Note: Customer Support Tickets referenced below may be Acmeware client specific and are not visible to all clients on the Customer Support Portal.
Manage Dictionaries:
- Corrected issue with locked submission not archiving providers defined in a group in Manage Dictionaries.
- Corrected issue with the provider’s name displaying multiple times in drop down list in Manage Dictionaries, as it was displaying the inactive and active for the same NPI.
Reports:
- Corrected issue with report summary on measures with extended sub measures.
- Updated CMS138 measure description fields to add the different populations for a, b, c measures. Impact: Users will be able to see sub measures on reports.
Advancing Care Information (ACI) and Objective Measures (OM):
- Electronic Prescribing (EP): Corrected issue where eRx that were not sent electronically were included in the numerator. ePrescribing has a bug where it reports the Numerator as true when there is no record of sending the RX electronically.
- Improved performance of the data summary process and added code to write to the compile log for each section.
Clinical Quality Measures (CQM):
- ALL:
- Compile logs will now be limited to 90 days' worth of history.
- Removed fully qualified database names from user managed dictionary and QRDA stored procedures.
- CMS 068 (Expanse/6.15 Only): Added one additional Activity Event found in Expanse to pick up Orders Continued on Discharge for CMS068.
- Limited collection of assessments performed to two years to reduce amount of data collected and stored. Impact: Improves efficiency and limits unnecessary data collection.
- CMS 645: Expand time frame for diagnostic study order and performed data collection for new measure CMS 645 to 2 years. Previously, this was only collected for studies within the measurement period. Impact: May improve numerator for clients using CMS645.
- Value set name needs to be changed from "Mammogram" to Mammography. Impact: May increase numerator for CMS125.
- CMS 069:
- Expanded time frame of data collection to 12 months for BMI results. Impact: May improve numerator on CMS069.
- For most encounters, we don't need to go back more than 13 months. Palliative encounters are a new exception to that rule. Impact: May increase the number of exclusions for CMS069.
- CMS 124: Expanded timeframe for labs performed for CMS124 to 5 years. Impact: May improve numerator on CMS124.
- CMS 347: Added code type Medication, Adverse Effects. Impact: May increase exclusions for CMS347.
