Fixes: (for all platforms unless specified)
Reports:
- Value Set Measure Summary Report: Disabled the link for the Attribute Category if Not Applicable
- Patient Audit Log: Should no longer be visible in the Report Menu. It should only be accessed via the OneView menu ribbon.
- Fixed an issue on reports for sites without a logo on file that everything else displays correctly.
- PI Objective Measure Report (Medicaid): fixed an issue where the PDF links to the measure specifications were not working
- CQM Measure Summary Report:
- CMS135, CMS144, CMS157, CMS347: Fixed the overall calculation rate of these measures so that they are calculated as a weighted average per the measure specifications. This will change your achievement points earned for these measures.
- Fixed an issue where measures were scoring below 3 achievement points and 3 is the minimum threshold. All measures will receive at least 3 points now.
- Added functionality to collect and separate data by TIN. This will only impact sites that are collecting data for multiple TINs in OneView.
MIPS Dashboard:
- Fixed drop down in dashboard to only display compiled period(s) for PI
- Fixed issues where the MIPS dashboard calculations for Quality and PI were not aligning with the validation reports.
Manage Dictionaries:
- PI Measures: Resolved an issue for saving data in the Discharge Portal Instructions Given dictionary
Promoting Interoperability (PI) Objective Measures:
- PEA_1: Updated the code to count patients that had been provided access to information and enrolled in the portal in previous years. This will increase the PEA_1 numerator.
- (Expanse) HIE_1: Fixed an issue where code was looking to referral start/date time instead of referral order date/time. This will potentially increase the HIE_1 numerator.
- Added functionality to collect and separate data by TIN. This will only impact sites that are collecting data for multiple TINs in OneView.
Clinical Quality Measures (CQMs)
- (615/616/Expanse) CMS 056 CMS 066: Added SUR Surgery workflow per best practices.
- (615/616/Expanse) CMS002 CMS050 CMS068 CMS069 CMS124 CMS125 CMS127 CMS130 CMS138 CMS 147 CMS153 CMS349: Added Health Maintenance workflows per best practices.
- (615/616/Expanse) CMS068: Added new ambulatory fields for unobtainable and no known medications for Medication Reconciliation.
- (615/616/Expanse) Added optional workflow mapping for nomenclature secondary codes.
- CMS050 CMS142: Fixed a bug relating to the codes we use for the communication type. This fix should enable collection of population data and increase performance.
- CMS134: corrected an error in the rollup logic for where the Laboratory test (having been met), was not properly promoted to Nephropathy Screenings parent condition. This will increase performance.
- CMS22, CMS68, CMS69, CMS135, CMS138, CMS144, CMS145, CMS146, CMS153, CMS154, CMS156, CMS347, CMS645 (potentially impacted): We look to multiple fields for the start date time on medications, depending on the code type (Medications Ordered, Administered, etc.). Made a change so that for Medications Ordered, we always pick up Order Date as the start time if it is available.
- CMS347: Since CMS has an Outpatient Consultation with a different value set than other measures, 2.16.840.1.113883.3.464.1003.101.11.1040 needed to be added as a valid value set for this measure and 2.16.840.1.113883.3.464.1003.101.12.1008 was removed. It is uncertain how this will affect totals, but it will make them more correct.
- Updated all platforms spMU_CQM_PopulateEncounters procedures to add code to pull discharge disposition as attribute data for the encounters.
- Added functionality to collect and separate data by TIN. This will only impact sites that are collecting data for multiple TINs in OneView.
