What's New in OneView Physician Quality 4.1

New Features and Enhancements:
Reporting:
- All Stages:
 - Added Scope Descriptor information to all the Detail Reports.
 - Change the Scope Descriptor column on the Detail Reports to include more meaningful data for the end-user.
 - Stage 2:
 
- For CM-4, changed the measure label to Core Measure 4a instead of Core Measure 4.
 
Calculation Engine:
- All Stages:
 - MAGIC: Introduced performance improvement changes to the OneView Automated Measures data mart creation process (MAGIC version only).
 - All Versions: Based on MEDITECH Best Practice documentation, added additional PcmItems Categories to the list of satisfactory secure electronic message types.
 - All Versions: Added the ability to exclude test patients from the Automated Measures Meaningful Use compilation process.

Calculation Engine:
- Stage 1:
 - All Versions: Menu Set Measure 7 logic change to more accurately identify Referrals to non-staff providers.
 - All Versions: Added the requirement that Patient Education be suggested in order for a Portal login to count in the Numerator for MSM-5.
 - Stage 2:
 - All Versions: For CM-12, use the Begin Attestation Date for the Measure Date if a Letter Date does not exist.
 - All Versions: Core Measure 15 logic change to more accurately identify Referrals to non-staff providers.
 - All Versions: Added the requirement that Patient Education be suggested in order for a Portal login to count in the Numerator for CM-13.
 - All Versions: Modify CM-15a Numerator logic to additionally include logic for CM-15b; 15b Numerator will also count towards 15a.
