Version 4.1.1.1
OneView Release Notes
What's New in OneView 4.1.1.1
Release Date: Thursday, May 22, 2014
New Features and Enhancements:
Application:
- Patient List Creation - §170.314(a)(14):
- OneView has successfully achieved the additional CMS certification for the Meaningful Use Patient List creation - §170.314(a)(14) criterion. Patient list creation is a core EHR 2014 Edition certification criteria and is an automated measure (YES/NO) attestation requirement for Core Measure 9 in Stage 2, and Menu Set 4 in Stage 1. The Patient List report is integrated directly into OneView and accessible from the EHR Meaningful Use Package. The OneView architecture also allows custom developed Patient List reports to be added into the standard Meaningful Use Package as well as being grouped into an entirely new custom reporting package.
- Active Directory Authentication: Enhancements have been made to handle the Reporting Service account and User login from different Active Directory services. If the OneView SSRS server is installed on Active Directory domain (A) and the User login Active Directory domain (B) then OneView can support this using the application settings.
Meaningful Use Package:
- Reporting
- Stage 1:
- MSM: A new report has been created called Menu Set Measure Patient Lists.
- CM-1: Enhancement made to detail report to highlight the visit records in detail report when that visit record (either was or was not) the reason the record qualified for the detail report.
- Stage 2:
- CM: A new report has been created called Core Measure Patient Lists.
- CM-1: Enhancement made to detail report to highlight the visit records in detail report when that visit record (either was or was not) the reason the record qualified for the detail report.
- Calculation Engine
- Stage 1:
- CM-7: Enhancement made to improve performance for compilation logic.
- CM-8: Enhancement made to smoking responses nomenclature mapping logic.
- MSM-7: Enhancement made to include option to filter patients discharged to Home using new Manage Dictionary Summary Of Care Home Dispositions.
- Stage 2:
- CM-3: Enhancement made to improve performance for compilation logic.
- CM-4: Enhancement made to smoking responses nomenclature mapping logic.
- CM-12: Enhancement made to include option to filter patients discharged to Home using new Manage Dictionary Summary Of Care Home Dispositions.
- Clinical Quality Measures:
- ALL Versions: Enhancement made to add option for sites to capture the ICU via the service or location dictionary. Updated the current nomenclature mapping if using a service map, and added a mapping option for those who mapped directly using the dictionary for services and locations.
- MAGIC, CS: Enhancement made to add route of admin to med orders.
- ALL Versions: Removed using DPhaDrugNomenclatures to DPhaDrugData as a result of MEDITECH deprecating nomenclature table with 5.66.
- MAGIC, CS: Enhancement made to better reflect the ITS order capture, as the procedures and mnemonics from each table were not matched up, missing mapped orders.
