Multi-site roles and permissions are defined at the site and package level granting users access to specific sites and packages. There are 2 default roles created automatically when you install OneView. The 2 roles are User and Package Administrator and control access to all OneView Sites and Packages.

User

The User role assigns rights that authorize access the Reports and My Preferences ribbon groups for the selected package.

Package Administrator

The Package Administrator role assigns rights that authorize full access to all ribbon groups under the selected package.


1. Package Name

Select Hosptial Quality for Package Name.


2. Role Name

Select the Role Name you wish to edit.


3. Assign Users

Use the blue arrows to move users from the Unassigned Users to the Assigned Users. Click Ok.
