The Report Preferences option is specific to the user logged in. This option allows a user to set their default or hide reports from their View Reports display and create subscriptions to reports.

1. Report Preferences

This is available from the My Preferences group.


2. Report Selection

Select the report you wish to set a preference for.


3. Manage Preferences

Set preferences for your desired report which can be set as default, hidden or create a subscripton to.


4. Save Preferences

Click to save your selections.


5. Create Subscription

A subscription is a feature that allows a user to create a standing request to deliver a report at a specific time. Subscriptions can be used to schedule and then automate the delivery of a report to an email address or a file share.
