OneView Hardware and Software Requirements for Installation


The following sections list the minimum and recommended hardware and software requirements to install and run the Acmeware OneView application.


OneView Application Server Hardware & Software Requirements

  • Recommended: 3.0 GHz or faster 8 cores processor

Operating System

Windows Server 2012 or higher

  • SP2 x64 Standard or greater
  • R2 64-bit x64 Standard or greater

Web Server

Windows Server Web Server (IIS) Role Enabled

Virtualization

OneView is supported in virtual machine environments. In addition to resources required by the parent partition, each virtual machine (child partition) must be provided with sufficient processor resources, memory, and disk resources for OneView.

Hard Disk Space

Disk: (are in addition to OS requirements)

  • Minimum: 100 GB
  • Two drives are recommended, C drive for OS and D drive for Web & DB files

Memory

RAM:

  • Minimum: 16 GB
  • Recommended: 32 GB or more

SQL Server RDMS

SQL Server 2014 or greater


  • All SQL Server services: SQL Server Database Engine, SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS), SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) components installed
  • Database Engine, SSRS, SSAS and SSIS need to run on the same server


There is no additional cost for all services. SQL Server is automatically licensed for not just SQL Server, but for the entire SQL Server services platform.

Additional Software

Required software


  • Bomgar support software
  • .NET Framework 4.5.2 or greater
  • SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS), latest version
  • SQL Server Data Tools (SSDT) with Visual Studio 2015


There is no additional cost for any additional software.

Permission

OneView requires all Acmeware Active Directory users to be included in the Administrators group.

Service Account

Active Directory (AD) Service Account with a non-expiring password

  • Recommended username: OneViewUser

Authentication

Microsoft Active Directory (AD) LDAP compliant directory services

Firewall Domains/Ports

OneView requires access to the following domains including ports for the product to function properly. Please use wildcards in the URLs, follow these rules:

For Quality reporting:
